Shipments and returns

1.How do we ship your items?

ShoesBing ships all items by EMS which is fast, safe and widespread. No matter where you are, we can deliver the items to you ASAP.Currently,free shipping to European,the Americas, and Asia.

2.Can I choose other Couriers to ship my items?

You can choose any courier which can reach your location for shipping. Please email us at service@shoesbing.com or Live Support to notify the business consultant of shoesbing.com when you make sure the shipping company. You must pay the shipping cost to the shipping company directly when the items are delivered if you assign the shipping company. We will refund your shipping cost to your bill account if it is prepaid when you place the order.

3.How long can I receive my items after I place the order if I choose courier as the shipping method?

It will take 4-9 working days by EMS. Please allow days delay if there is accident beyond control (such as heavy rain, snow, fog and so on)

4.Can I retreat the order if the items have been signed as “EX-warehouse” in your website?

If you wish to cancel the order after the items have been “EX-warehouse”, please email service@shoesbing.com or Live Support to notify us. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your request will be honored due to real time order processing.

If an order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel the order. If your order cannot be cancelled, you may either refuse delivery of the product or ship the product back to us. Finish Line Online advises that when shipping product back, customers should choose the same shipper that delivered the product, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping. Finish Line is not responsible for returned product in transit.

5.HOW DO I CHANGE AN ORDER?

Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot change or add anything to the order without attempting to cancel the order. All items processed on an order are entered in our inventory management database and cannot be altered once the order has been confirmed.

If your order cannot be cancelled, you may either refuse delivery of the product or return the order to us via mail or at one of our stores. Please see our Return Policies section for further details. We will not refund shipping for these orders since the order already was shipped.

6.How to charge the freight ?

No matter how many items are there in your order,ShoesBing will chare it according to the total weight.Currently,free shipping to European,the Americas, and Asia.

7. How to track the order’s shipping condition if shipped by EMS

8. How long can the items be shipped after I place the order?

The items will leave our facility in two working days after we receive your payment. We will email or call you if there is exception.

9. Can you make sure the delivery if I ask it?

We can make sure the delivery time because the order is shipped by the shipping company as the third party. However, we can transfer your request to the shipping company and ask them to try the best to deliver as your request.

10. How can I track my order? Is it possible to make the tracking number available in the order details of my account after the items have been shipped?

Shoesbing will input the tracking number after the items have been shipped out. You can sign in the related shipping company to confirm or track the shipping condition with the tracking number.
